Hi, I’m Kat.

I’m a Registered Dietitian, yoga teacher, and pilates instructor.

My work is rooted in the belief that health and healing look different for every person. Rather than taking a rigid or prescriptive approach, I work collaboratively with you to better understand your experiences, symptoms, goals, and relationship with food and body.

I know how exhausting it can feel when food, digestion, movement, or health start taking over daily life. My goal is to help you feel more supported, more connected to your body, and less overwhelmed by the process of trying to feel well.

I want you to feel heard, safe, and hopeful throughout the process — and to know that meaningful, sustainable change is possible without constantly fighting your body.
